Spring Break 3-Day Acceleration Camp | Speed Foundations Intensive

A focused, progressive 3-day camp designed to help athletes improve acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction. Each session builds on the last, teaching athletes how to produce force efficiently, move with control, and apply speed in game situations. Great for basketball, soccer, football, lacrosse, and volleyball players.

Who: Ages 9–13 and 14–18 (separate groups)

When: March 23, 25 & 26, 2026

  • 9:00–11:00 AM (ages 9–13)

  • 11:30 AM–1:30 PM (ages 14–18)

Cost: $185 per athlete

Single Session


The Big Four Speed Clinic | Spring 2026

Single-Day Speed & Skill Development

A high-level clinic focused on the four pillars of elite movement: acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and top speed. Each session follows the same proven system, so athletes can attend any date or all three to build progression over 12 weeks. Details listed below along with sign up links for each individual date.

When: 2:00–4:00 PM

Spring Running Form Clinics

Designed specifically for high school track & field athletes who want to:

  • Stay healthy during the season

  • Improve running efficiency

  • Build resilient mechanics

  • Reduce knee, shin, hip, and back pain

Each clinic focuses on posture, positions, and mechanics - the foundation behind the most common HS track injuries.

Who: High school athletes

When: 12:30-2p on the below dates

Cost: $40 for any individual session. You can register using the links below
