Sports Performance Coach
Katie has been coaching high performance athletes for the past decade. She has trained youth athletes from a variety of sports including: running, soccer, softball, basketball and lacrosse.
She has served as the Head Strength Coach of Peak Performance Running for the past 7 years. She has the highly regarded CSCS in strength and conditioning as well as certifications from USA Triathlon and USA Cycling. Katie is a multi-sport coach for Lifelong Endurance. Katie is a former Division 1 athlete playing basketball at Elon University in North Carolina.

Running Form Expert
Coach Andrew is the Head Running Coach at Peak Performance Running. He trains the Peak Elite and Peak Distance HS teams. He has trained several USATF All Americans, coached the Team USA U18 Mountain Team in Saluzzo, Italy in 2022 and has helped over 40 athletes run at the collegiate level.
Andrew is a highly skilled running form analyst with a deep understanding of biomechanics and movement efficiency. With experience working with athletes across various sports, he has developed a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies in running mechanics and pinpointing areas for improvement.
What sets Andrew apart is his unique ability to communicate complex movement patterns in a way that athletes can easily understand. His expertise in providing the right cues and targeted drills allows athletes to make meaningful adjustments, leading to improved efficiency, speed, and injury prevention.
Whether working with runners, soccer players or athletes from other sports he is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential through better movement.

Sports Performance Coach
Emma Ostermann is an outdoor enthusiast who loves bike riding, skiing, and running. Emma currently works in sports technology, she previously served as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Utah, focusing on women's basketball and the ski teams. Before that, she coached at Northern Arizona University. Emma has experience with the U.S. Skiing and Snowboard Association and the U.S. Army's 10th Special Forces Group. She holds a master's in sports medicine from the University of Colorado and a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Kansas State University, where she was on the women’s basketball team. Emma holds certifications from the NSCA with her CSCS.

Jordan Speer is a Sports Performance Coach at Golden Sports Performance and has spent the past three years as the Assistant Director of Sports Performance at Mullen High School in Denver, Colorado. In this role, she has worked with a diverse range of athletic programs, including Track & Field, Cross Country, Volleyball, Dance, Cheer, Lacrosse, Baseball, and Basketball.
A former collegiate thrower, Speer competed in shot put and hammer at the University of Southern Mississippi, where she also completed a strength and conditioning internship with the football program. Prior to that, she was a student-athlete and Athletic Performance intern at the University of Missouri, supporting training for Baseball, Women’s Gymnastics, Soccer, Swim & Dive, Track & Field, and Cross Country.
Originally from Kansas, Speer earned her B.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Missouri and completed her M.S. in Kinesiology (Sports Coaching Education) at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2022.
She is certified through the NSCA (CSCS), the CSCCa (SCCC), holds a USAW Level 1 certification, and is CPR/AED certified.
