At Golden Sports Performance, we do more than train athletes — we build confident, resilient humans.

We are a team of passionate coaches who know what it takes to compete at a high level — and we believe greatness starts from the inside out. Whether you're a youth athlete chasing your first big breakthrough, a high schooler dreaming of a scholarship, or an adult athlete returning to sport, you're in the right place.

Our approach is grounded in science, built on connection, and tailored to the individuals and teams we work with. We blend proven performance methods with intentional coaching that meets athletes where they are — physically, mentally, and emotionally. From sprint mechanics to running form, strength development to injury prevention, we train with purpose and coach with care.

How to work with us

  • If it’s your first time, you’ll be prompted to create a free TeamUp account. Returning athletes can simply log in.

  • Browse the calendar to find the session that fits your schedule. Please note that we have memberships, courses, and appointment options. Click on the session or option you want to attend.

  • You’ll be guided to purchase a membership, package, or drop-in option if needed. Choose what works best for you — memberships offer the best value for regular attendees.

  • Once you’ve selected your session and payment option, click "Book Now" to reserve your spot. You’ll get an email confirmation with all the details.

  • Come ready to move! We’ll take care of the rest. Our coaches will welcome you, walk you through the session, and make sure you get the most out of your training.
